Skate pro customer service were ok, but the tracking and delivery info I was sent was all incorrect kept indicating they would be delivered on time and when they didn't show up Skate Pro said the tracking info was nonsense and there's no way they'd arrive on time. You are of course very welcome to try the skates on to see if they fit, the same as you would in any other store. Once an item has been used more than that, we can no longer accept the return.
